An experienced Controller – Corporate Security is required for a corporate security and command center operation in Hi-Tech City, Hyderabad. The role is suitable for professionals with 5–6 years of experience in Corporate Physical Security and Command Center Operations.
The selected candidate will be responsible for CCTV surveillance, emergency response, incident management, manpower deployment, fire safety monitoring and implementation of security SOPs and compliance standards.
🛠 Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and manage corporate physical security operations from the command center.
- Conduct continuous CCTV monitoring and surveillance activities.
- Monitor fire panels and ensure appropriate response to fire-related alerts.
- Coordinate emergency response and incident management activities.
- Handle medical emergency response procedures, including CPR and AED processes.
- Manage security manpower deployment according to operational requirements.
- Ensure effective coordination among security personnel and relevant stakeholders.
- Implement and monitor compliance with security SOPs.
- Record, escalate and communicate security incidents as per defined procedures.
- Maintain operational discipline and ensure security standards are followed.
🎓 Eligibility Criteria
- 12th Pass or above.
- 5–6 years of experience in Corporate Physical Security and Command Center Operations.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Good computer and system knowledge.
- Hands-on experience in CCTV monitoring and surveillance.
- Knowledge of fire panels and fire safety equipment.
- Experience in emergency response and incident management.
- Knowledge of medical emergency response, including CPR and AED processes.
- Experience in manpower management and deployment.
- Ability to implement and maintain security SOPs and compliance standards.
