Zepto is hiring a Shift Incharge to manage and support day-to-day store operations at its Kolhapur location. The role is suitable for candidates with relevant experience in Quick Commerce, E-Commerce, Retail or Store Operations.
The selected candidate will be responsible for managing shift-level operations, coordinating with the store team, maintaining productivity and discipline, ensuring timely completion of operational tasks and communicating daily updates with the operations team.

- Manage daily store operations during the assigned shift.
- Coordinate with store team members to ensure smooth workflow.
- Ensure timely completion of operational tasks and activities.
- Maintain discipline, productivity and operational standards.
- Monitor day-to-day store performance and address operational issues.
- Coordinate manpower and team activities as per shift requirements.
- Prepare and handle operational reports and updates.
- Communicate operational updates and issues with the operations team.
- Ensure adherence to defined store processes and operational guidelines.
- Support smooth execution of store operations during high-volume periods.
🎓 Eligibility Criteria
- Relevant experience in a similar Shift Incharge / Store Operations role is preferred.
- Experience in Quick Commerce or E-Commerce is preferred.
- Experience in retail or fulfilment store operations will be an advantage.
- Good team coordination and people-management skills.
- Ability to manage shift-level operations independently.
- Good communication and reporting skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced operational environment.
