Doorstep E-COMMERCE Enterprise is hiring an experienced and capable Hub Manager for its Amazon Prime – Small Packages project in Salt Lake, Kolkata.
The role is suitable for professionals with experience in Hub Operations, Last-Mile Operations, Logistics or E-commerce delivery operations. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day hub activities, coordinating teams and ensuring smooth operational execution.
The ideal candidate should have strong team-handling capabilities, effective communication skills and the ability to solve operational issues in a fast-paced delivery environment.
🛠 Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day hub operations for the Amazon Prime small-package project.
- Ensure smooth execution of inbound, processing and outbound hub activities.
- Coordinate last-mile delivery operations and ensure timely operational execution.
- Manage and supervise hub staff and operational teams.
- Allocate manpower effectively according to daily operational requirements.
- Monitor team productivity and operational performance.
- Ensure packages are processed and dispatched within defined operational timelines.
- Coordinate with delivery teams and other operational stakeholders.
- Identify operational bottlenecks and take corrective actions.
- Handle day-to-day operational escalations and resolve issues promptly.
