📄 Job Description
An established organization is looking for an experienced Warehouse Manager with hands-on experience in F&B and Retail warehouse operations to manage stock movement, inventory control, documentation and warehouse standards at its Patna location.
The ideal candidate should have practical knowledge of GRN preparation, STN, stock receiving, storage, reconciliation, documentation and inventory management, along with the ability to coordinate effectively with Stores, Procurement and Operations teams.
🛠 Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and manage GRNs (Goods Receipt Notes) for F&B and Retail operations.
- Prepare STNs and manage stock movement between locations or stores.
- Prepare, maintain and control challans and warehouse-related documentation.
- Manage stock receiving, storage and inventory operations.
- Ensure accurate stock records and proper inventory documentation.
- Conduct regular stock reconciliation and investigate discrepancies.
- Monitor stock movement and ensure timely availability of materials.
- Maintain proper warehouse hygiene and cleanliness standards.
- Ensure compliance with warehouse safety and operational standards.
- Monitor product expiry, damaged stock and wastage.
- Maintain accurate records of expiry, damage and wastage.
- Coordinate with Stores, Procurement and Operations teams for smooth material flow.
- Identify inventory discrepancies and coordinate corrective actions.
- Ensure proper storage and handling of F&B and retail products.
- Support continuous improvement in warehouse processes and inventory accuracy.
🎓 Eligibility Criteria
- Relevant experience in F&B or Retail warehouse operations is preferred.
- Hands-on experience with GRN preparation and management.
- Good understanding of STN preparation and stock movement.
- Experience in stock receiving, storage and inventory management.
- Experience in stock reconciliation and inventory record maintenance.
- Knowledge of warehouse documentation and challan management.
- Understanding of expiry, damage and wastage control.
- Strong coordination skills with Stores, Procurement and Operations teams.
- Good organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to maintain warehouse hygiene, safety and operational standards.
- Immediate joiners or candidates serving a short notice period will be preferred.
