Anmol Industries Limited is urgently hiring an experienced Accounts MIS Executive to join its Finance & Accounts team in Kolkata.
The role is suitable for finance and accounts professionals with 2–5 years of experience, particularly candidates with exposure to manufacturing or plant environments.
The selected candidate will be responsible for preparing Finance and Operations MIS reports, supporting budgeting and forecasting, analyzing Budget vs. Actual performance, handling plant accounting and cost analysis, and extracting business data using SAP and Advanced Excel.

- Prepare and maintain Finance & Operations MIS reports.
- Support annual budgeting and periodic forecasting activities.
- Conduct Budget vs. Actual variance analysis.
- Handle plant accounting activities and cost tracking.
- Analyze production costs and identify cost-related variances.
- Analyze production planning data and assess financial and cost implications.
- Support financial forecasting and business trend analysis.
- Extract, process and analyze financial and operational data using SAP and Advanced Excel.
- Coordinate with Production, Planning and Finance teams for accurate reporting.
- Ensure accuracy and timely submission of MIS reports.
- Track key financial and operational metrics.

🎓 Eligibility Criteria
- 2–5 years of relevant experience in Accounts, Finance MIS or Financial Analysis.
- B.Com qualification is required.
- Semi-qualified CMA candidates will be preferred.
- Experience in a Manufacturing / Plant environment will be preferred.
- Hands-on experience with MIS reporting and financial analysis.
- Good understanding of budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis.
- Knowledge of plant accounting and production cost analysis.
- Experience working with SAP and Advanced Excel.
