📄 Job Description
Blackberrys Menswear is hiring a Corporate HR Business Partner (HRBP) for its corporate office in Gurgaon, Haryana.
The role is suitable for HR professionals with 3–5 years of HR Business Partnering experience and hands-on experience partnering with corporate and business functions. Candidates with prior experience in the retail industry will be preferred.
The selected candidate will work closely with business leaders, functional teams and employees to support people-related initiatives, strengthen employee engagement and build effective stakeholder relationships aligned with business requirements.

- Partner with corporate and business functions on HR-related matters.
- Act as an HR Business Partner for assigned corporate teams and stakeholders.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives across supported functions.

- Handle employee relations and provide appropriate HR interventions.
- Support performance management and employee development processes.

- 3–5 years of relevant HR Business Partnering experience.
- Hands-on experience partnering with corporate and business functions.

- Experience supporting business leaders and functional teams.
- Prior experience in the retail industry is preferred.
