Flipkart is hiring professionals across multiple levels for its fast-growing Mid-Mile Supply Chain Operations team in Indore – Dakachya.
The opportunity is open across Executive, Senior Executive, Lead and Assistant Manager levels. Freshers and early-career professionals can apply for the Executive position, while experienced professionals with relevant operations and people-management backgrounds are encouraged to apply for senior positions.
Candidates with experience in Hyperlocal, Quick Commerce, E-Commerce, Logistics or Supply Chain Operations will be preferred. The roles focus on operational excellence, fulfilment, order management, productivity, inventory and manpower management, and stakeholder coordination.
🛠 Key Responsibilities
- Manage and support day-to-day Mid-Mile and Supply Chain Operations.
- Drive smooth fulfilment and order management processes.
- Monitor SLA, TAT and operational productivity metrics.
- Manage inventory and manpower as per operational requirements.
- Lead and coordinate operational teams across assigned functions.
- Handle team performance, productivity and operational targets.
- Coordinate with internal and cross-functional stakeholders to resolve operational issues.
- Monitor process adherence and identify opportunities for operational improvement.
- Support customer experience initiatives and ensure service-level commitments are achieved.
- Drive operational excellence through data-driven monitoring and corrective actions.
- Handle escalations and ensure timely resolution of operational challenges.
- For leadership roles, manage people, performance and strategic operational initiatives.
🎓 Eligibility Criteria
- Freshers and early-career professionals can apply for the Executive (G5) position.
- Senior Executive (G6): 2–3+ years of relevant experience.
- Lead (G7): 5–6+ years of relevant experience.
- Assistant Manager (G8): 8+ years of relevant Operations and People Management experience.
- Prior experience in Hyperlocal, Quick Commerce, E-Commerce, Logistics or Supply Chain Operations is preferred.
- Strong understanding of fulfilment, order management and supply chain processes.
- Good analytical, communication and problem-solving skills.
- Leadership and people-management experience is preferred for senior positions.
