Flipkart is hiring experienced professionals for a Hyperlocal Operations role in Delhi. This opportunity is suitable for candidates with 3+ years of experience in supply chain, logistics, courier, or hyperlocal operations who have strong expertise in inventory control, reconciliation, process improvement, and operational quality.
The selected candidate will be responsible for tracking open consignments, monitoring shortages, damages, losses and reconciliation, improving inventory hygiene, and coordinating with field teams to strengthen inventory controls across hyperlocal operations.
🛠 Key Responsibilities
- Track open IWIT consignments and ensure timely closure of pending cases.
- Monitor shortages, damages, losses, and reconciliation activities.
- Maintain and improve inventory hygiene metrics across assigned operations.
- Work closely with implants deployed across individual zones.
- Ensure effective control of damages and shortages across top SH, DS, and RC inventory.
- Drive inventory clearance and reconciliation activities.
- Identify process gaps contributing to inventory losses and operational inefficiencies.
- Implement corrective actions to improve inventory accuracy and operational quality.
- Track operational metrics and prepare performance reports.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve inventory and process-related issues.
🎓 Eligibility Criteria
- 3+ years of experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, Courier, or related operations.
- Hyperlocal operations experience is preferred.
- B.Tech or MBA qualification required.
- Strong understanding of inventory control and reconciliation.
- Experience handling shortages, damages, losses, and operational discrepancies.
- Strong process improvement and cost-efficiency mindset.
- Good analytical, communication, and coordination skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced operational environment.
