- Manage day-to-day branch and last-mile delivery operations.
- Ensure smooth execution of delivery activities across assigned service areas.
- Use strong knowledge of local city areas and routes to improve operational efficiency.
- Lead manpower hiring and ensure adequate staffing for operational requirements.
- Manage, supervise, and motivate delivery and operations teams.
- Monitor operational performance and resolve day-to-day escalations.
- Coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure smooth service execution.
- Track operational KPIs and identify areas for improvement.
- Prepare MIS reports and analyze operational data for decision-making.
- Ensure adherence to company processes, SOPs, and service-level requirements.
🎓 Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate or Post-Graduate from a recognized university.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Last-Mile Operations.
- Strong knowledge of Jaipur city areas and local delivery routes is required for Jaipur location.
- Strong experience in manpower hiring and team management.
- Good communication and operational coordination skills.
- Good working knowledge of computers and MS Office.
- Strong data analysis and reporting capabilities.
- Experience in logistics, e-commerce, courier, or last-mile operations is preferred.
