GIVA is hiring an experienced Inventory Manager for its Bengaluru operations. This role is ideal for professionals with expertise in inventory planning, warehouse and retail inventory management, stock audits, ERP systems, and supply chain operations who are passionate about maintaining inventory accuracy and operational excellence.
The selected candidate will oversee inventory operations across warehouses and retail stores, optimize stock availability, improve inventory accuracy, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and support business growth through efficient inventory management practices.
🛠 Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end inventory operations across warehouses and retail stores.
- Develop and execute inventory planning and stock control strategies.
- Ensure high inventory accuracy through regular stock audits and reconciliations.
- Monitor stock movement, replenishment, and inventory health.
- Manage ERP/WMS transactions and inventory records accurately.
- Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, retail, finance, and supply chain teams.
- Analyze inventory reports and identify opportunities for optimization.
- Reduce inventory discrepancies, shrinkage, and excess stock.
- Drive continuous improvement in inventory processes and controls.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and inventory SOPs.
🎓 Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate from a recognized university is preferred.
- Relevant experience in Inventory Management or Supply Chain Operations.
- Experience in Jewellery, Retail, E-commerce, Manufacturing, or FMCG industries is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Inventory Planning, Stock Control, and Reconciliation.
- Hands-on experience with ERP/WMS systems (Oracle ERP preferred).
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
