Shadowfax is hiring energetic professionals for a Lead – Process Excellence / Learning & Development role at its Sortation Centre operations in Bangalore.
This opportunity is suitable for candidates with 0–2 years of experience who are interested in process excellence, quality management, operational audits, SOP implementation, training, and Learning & Development within a fast-paced logistics environment.
The selected candidate will contribute to operational excellence initiatives, process standardization, compliance, training, and quality improvement across Sortation Centre operations.
🛠 Key Responsibilities
- Support Process Excellence initiatives across Sortation Centre operations.
- Identify process gaps and opportunities for operational improvement.
- Conduct process audits and monitor compliance with defined SOPs.
- Support implementation and standardization of operational SOPs.
- Conduct training sessions for operations teams on processes and SOPs.
- Support Learning & Development initiatives for Sort Centre employees.
- Monitor process quality and identify recurring operational gaps.
- Coordinate with operations teams to implement corrective actions.
- Track quality and process performance metrics.
- Support continuous improvement and Operations Excellence projects.
- Prepare relevant process, audit, training, and compliance reports.
- Work with cross-functional stakeholders to improve operational effectiveness.
🎓 Eligibility Criteria
- 0–2 years of relevant professional experience.
- Experience or exposure to Process Excellence, Quality, Operations, L&D, or related functions is preferred.
- Understanding of SOPs, process audits, quality management, or compliance is an advantage.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to conduct or support training and process awareness sessions.
- Strong attention to detail and process orientation.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced Sortation Centre environment.
- Willingness to work rotational shifts.
- Willingness to work 6 days a week as mentioned in the hiring post.
- Candidate should be willing to work from Bangalore.
