MSP Steel & Power Ltd. is hiring an experienced Manager / Sr. Manager – Talent Acquisition & HR Operations for its team in Raigarh, Chhattisgarh.
The opportunity is specifically for HR professionals with a strong background in the steel industry and hands-on experience in Talent Acquisition for plant hiring within an integrated steel plant.
The selected candidate will be responsible for managing talent acquisition requirements as well as supporting and driving key HR Operations activities within the plant environment.
🛠 Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end Talent Acquisition activities for plant-level manpower requirements.
- Handle recruitment for an integrated steel plant across relevant functions and levels.
- Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies for plant hiring.
- Coordinate with business and functional stakeholders to understand manpower requirements.
- Manage recruitment pipelines and ensure timely closure of critical positions.
- Coordinate candidate screening, interviews, selection and offer processes.
- Build and maintain strong candidate and recruitment networks within the steel industry.
- Support workforce planning and manpower requirements for plant operations.
- Manage and support day-to-day HR Operations activities at the plant.
- Coordinate with employees, business leaders and functional teams on HR-related matters.
- Ensure effective implementation of HR policies, processes and procedures.
- Support employee lifecycle and other HR operational activities.
- Maintain recruitment and HR-related records, reports and MIS.
- Monitor recruitment performance and provide regular updates to management.
- Identify HR process gaps and support continuous improvement initiatives.
🎓 Eligibility Criteria
- Relevant experience in the Steel Industry is mandatory.
- Hands-on experience in Talent Acquisition for plant hiring.
- Experience hiring for an integrated steel plant will be preferred.
- Strong understanding of plant-level recruitment and manpower requirements.
- Relevant experience in HR Operations.
- Full-time MBA / PGDM in Human Resources is mandatory.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Good understanding of recruitment processes and HR practices.
- Strong planning, coordination and execution abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a plant and industrial environment.
