BigBasket, a Tata Enterprise, is hiring experienced Recruiters for high-volume Picker & Packer hiring across Kolkata. The selected candidate will be responsible for bulk blue-collar recruitment, candidate sourcing and screening, recruitment data management, MIS reporting, and coordination with operations teams to ensure timely manpower availability and joining.
🛠 Key Responsibilities
- Handle bulk recruitment for Picker and Packer positions.
- Source candidates through multiple recruitment channels.
- Screen and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
- Manage high-volume blue-collar recruitment activities.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records.
- Use MS Excel for recruitment tracking, MIS, and data management.
- Coordinate with operations teams regarding manpower requirements.
- Conduct timely candidate follow-ups and ensure joining completion.
- Track recruitment funnel and candidate joining status.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly hiring targets.
🎓 Eligibility Criteria
- Graduation in any discipline.
- 1–5 years of relevant recruitment experience.
- Experience in Quick Commerce, Warehouse, E-Commerce, or Retail recruitment is preferred.
- Hands-on experience in high-volume or blue-collar hiring will be an advantage.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and recruitment data handling.
- Strong communication and candidate follow-up skills.
- Ability to work in a target-driven and high-volume recruitment environment.
- Ability to work Monday to Saturday.
