Roha Housing Finance is hiring an experienced Assistant Manager – HRBP for its team in Noida, Uttar Pradesh.
This opportunity is specifically suited for HR professionals with a minimum of 4 years of experience and mandatory experience in the NBFC industry.
The selected candidate will support business teams across recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, training, grievance handling and HR Business Partnering activities while ensuring effective communication with internal stakeholders.

- Manage employee induction and end-to-end onboarding activities.
- Conduct employee training and product training sessions.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition activities.
- Partner with business teams to understand manpower and hiring requirements.
- Handle employee grievances and support effective resolution.
- Drive HR Business Partnering activities for assigned business functions.
- Support employee engagement and people-related initiatives.
- Draft professional emails, HR communications and employee-related correspondence.
- Coordinate with business stakeholders to ensure effective HR support.
- Maintain clear and professional communication with internal teams.
- Support HR processes and ensure timely execution of employee lifecycle activities.
- Prepare and deliver presentations and training sessions as required.

- Minimum 4 years of relevant HR experience.
- Experience in an HRBP role within an NBFC is mandatory.
