Dixon Technologies is hiring an experienced EHS Executive / Warehouse Safety Officer for its facility in Sector 85, Noida.

The role is responsible for leading workplace safety compliance, risk management, fire safety and emergency preparedness across the warehouse/facility.

The selected candidate will report to the HR Head and work closely with operational teams and the workforce to ensure adherence to EHS standards, safety procedures and statutory requirements.

πŸ›  Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct daily EHS audits covering racking systems, MHEs and dock safety.
  • Identify workplace hazards and recommend appropriate corrective and preventive measures.
  • Manage fire safety systems and ensure emergency equipment readiness.
  • Plan and conduct mock fire drills and emergency preparedness exercises.
  • Ensure compliance with Permit to Work (PTW) procedures.
  • Monitor and enforce PPE compliance across the facility.
  • Lead incident and accident investigations.
  • Identify root causes and develop Corrective and Preventive Action Plans (CAPA).
  • Conduct Toolbox Talks (TBM) for employees and operational workforce.
  • Conduct safety induction and awareness programs for new and existing employees.
  • Monitor compliance with applicable EHS, fire safety and workplace safety requirements.
  • Maintain records of safety inspections, incidents, audits and corrective actions.
  • Coordinate with operations and other stakeholders to close identified safety gaps.
  • Promote a strong safety culture and continuous improvement across the facility.

  • 4 years of relevant experience preferred for the role.
  • Overall relevant experience range of 2–5 years in warehouse or industrial safety.
  • B.Sc / B.Tech / Diploma qualification with ADIS, RLI or NEBOSH certification.
  • Hands-on experience in warehouse or industrial EHS and safety operations.
  • Strong knowledge of workplace safety and risk management.
  • Knowledge of OSHA requirements, applicable local fire safety standards and ISO 45001.
  • Experience conducting safety audits and workplace inspections.
  • Knowledge of fire safety systems, emergency response and mock drills.
  • Experience with incident investigation and CAPA implementation.
  • Strong communication and workforce training skills.
