📄 Job Description
TestRig is hiring an experienced Senior HR Executive to join its HR team in Magarpatta, Pune. This role is ideal for professionals with expertise in both HR Operations and Talent Acquisition, who can manage the complete employee lifecycle while driving end-to-end IT recruitment. Immediate joiners or candidates available within 15 days are preferred.
🛠 Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end IT recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer management.
- Handle onboarding activities and complete employee lifecycle management.
- Coordinate attendance records and payroll inputs with relevant teams.
- Maintain HR documentation, employee records, and statutory compliance.
- Support employee engagement initiatives and HR programs.
- Work with hiring managers to understand recruitment requirements.
- Maintain HRMS and Applicant Tracking System (ATS) records accurately.
- Prepare HR reports, recruitment dashboards, and MIS.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies and organizational procedures.
- Build positive employee relationships and provide HR support across departments.
🎓 Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate; MBA in Human Resources is preferred.
- 4–6 years of experience in HR Operations and Talent Acquisition.
- Strong expertise in end-to-end IT recruitment.
- Hands-on experience with HRMS, ATS, MS Excel, and MS Office.
- Knowledge of onboarding, payroll coordination, and HR documentation.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills.
- Immediate joiners or candidates available within 15 days will be preferred.
