- Lead, supervise, and motivate store operations teams.
- Ensure smooth execution of inbound, inventory, picking, packing, and dispatch activities.
- Monitor store productivity, operational accuracy, and service levels.
- Identify operational challenges and implement effective solutions.
- Ensure inventory availability and maintain proper stock handling processes.
- Drive adherence to company SOPs, safety standards, and operational processes.
- Monitor team performance and ensure effective manpower utilization.
- Coordinate with central and cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues.
- Maintain a strong customer-focused approach while achieving operational targets.
🎓 Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate from a recognized university is preferred.
- Relevant experience in Store Operations, Retail, Warehouse, E-commerce, or Quick Commerce.
- Experience in team handling and people management.
