- Drive large-scale hiring for Assistant Store Manager and Store Manager positions.
- Partner closely with Operations leaders to understand hiring requirements.

- Source candidates through multiple recruitment channels.
- Coordinate interviews and manage the complete hiring lifecycle.
- Ensure high-quality hiring while meeting aggressive recruitment timelines.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, reports, and hiring MIS.
- Provide an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Support business growth through effective hiring strategies.

- Graduate from a recognized university is preferred.
- Relevant experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.
- Experience in large-scale or volume hiring is preferred.
