GIVA is hiring an experienced Team Lead – Dispatch to join its growing Operations team in Bengaluru. This opportunity is suitable for professionals with hands-on experience in warehouse operations, dispatch, logistics, team handling, and order fulfilment.
The selected candidate will be responsible for supervising dispatch activities, coordinating warehouse operations, managing teams, ensuring order accuracy, and supporting smooth and timely order fulfilment.
🛠 Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day dispatch operations and ensure smooth order movement.
- Supervise the dispatch team and allocate work based on operational requirements.
- Ensure orders are picked, packed, checked, and dispatched within defined timelines.
- Monitor dispatch accuracy and minimize errors, damages, and delays.
- Coordinate with warehouse, inventory, logistics, and other operational teams.
- Track pending orders and ensure timely fulfilment and dispatch.
- Monitor daily operational performance and identify process gaps.
- Ensure adherence to warehouse and dispatch SOPs.
- Handle operational escalations and coordinate timely resolution.
- Train, guide, and support team members to improve productivity and accuracy.
- Maintain dispatch-related records, trackers, and operational reports.

- Relevant experience in warehouse, dispatch, logistics, fulfilment, or operations.
- Prior team-handling or supervisory experience is preferred.
- Hands-on understanding of dispatch and order fulfilment processes.
- Strong coordination and communication skills.
- Ability to manage operational priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and focus on order accuracy.
- Ability to monitor team productivity and operational performance.
- Willingness to work from the Bengaluru location.

- Revise end-to-end warehouse and dispatch operations.
