The selected candidate will lead learning and development initiatives for retail store teams, design impactful training programs, enhance customer experience standards, and build high-performing teams aligned with luxury retail excellence.

- Design and deliver comprehensive training programs for retail store teams.
- Develop product knowledge, luxury retail standards, and customer experience training.
- Conduct onboarding, induction, and continuous learning programs.

🎓 Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum 4+ years of experience in Training & Development.
- Mandatory experience with a Designer Apparel Brand.
- Candidates from retail, sportswear, fast fashion, lifestyle, or other industries will not be considered.
- Proven expertise in designing and delivering training programs for retail store teams.
- Strong knowledge of product training, luxury customer experience, and retail service standards.
- Experience in onboarding, induction, and continuous learning initiatives.
- Excellent presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
