Globiva is hiring an experienced Training & Quality Professional for its Sector V, Kolkata location. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in both Training and Quality functions along with mandatory experience in Sales. The role will focus on developing employee capabilities, improving sales performance, maintaining quality standards, and supporting overall business performance.
🛠 Key Responsibilities
- Conduct training programs for sales and customer-facing teams.
- Identify training gaps and develop appropriate learning interventions.
- Monitor and evaluate employee performance against defined quality standards.
- Conduct quality audits and provide actionable feedback.
- Support sales teams in improving process adherence and conversion performance.
- Track training effectiveness and quality performance metrics.
- Work closely with business and operations teams to improve productivity.
- Identify recurring quality issues and recommend corrective actions.
- Maintain training, quality, and performance-related reports.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives across sales operations.
🎓 Eligibility Criteria
- Hands-on experience in both Training and Quality functions is mandatory.
- Previous Sales experience is mandatory.
- Strong understanding of sales processes and performance metrics.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to conduct training and quality assessments effectively.
- Strong analytical, coaching, and problem-solving abilities.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
- Willingness to work 6 days a week.
