⚖️ 1. Branch Legal Manager
🛠 Key Responsibilities
- Handle branch-level legal matters and documentation.
- Manage legal notices, litigation, and recovery-related legal cases.
- Coordinate with external advocates and internal legal teams.
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Provide legal guidance to the branch and recovery teams.

🎓 Preferred Profile
- LL.B. / LL.M. from a recognized university.
- Relevant experience in Banking, NBFC, or Financial Services is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of legal procedures, documentation, and recovery laws.
- Good communication, coordination, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work closely with branch and recovery teams.

- Manage branch receivables and collection activities.
- Monitor overdue accounts and improve collection efficiency.

- Coordinate with branch, sales, legal, and operations teams.

- Graduate in any discipline.
