A leading automotive company is looking for an experienced AGM / Senior Manager – HR Strategy professional for its Delhi NCR operations.
The ideal candidate should have 8+ years of HR experience, including at least 3 years in Corporate HR, with strong expertise in HR strategy, organization development, leadership hiring, employee engagement, change management, DEI, HR analytics and strategic HR projects.
🛠 Responsibilities
- Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Drive organization development and strategic HR initiatives.
- Support and manage leadership hiring initiatives.
- Design and drive employee engagement and wellbeing initiatives.
- Lead change management initiatives across the organization.
- Support Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) initiatives.

🎓 Eligibility
- 8+ years of relevant HR experience.

- MBA in HR or MSW qualification.
