📄 Job Description
BellaVita is hiring an experienced Assistant Manager – SCM (B2B) to manage and drive end-to-end supply chain operations across Marketplace, General Trade (GT) and Modern Trade (MT) channels.
The ideal candidate should have strong experience in B2B supply chain, order fulfilment, inventory, warehouse and logistics operations, along with hands-on exposure to 3PL management and strong data analysis skills.
🛠 Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end B2B order fulfilment from order processing to delivery.
- Handle Marketplace, General Trade (GT) and Modern Trade (MT) supply chain operations.
- Monitor inventory availability, replenishment and stock movement.
- Coordinate with Sales, Warehouse, Finance, Procurement and Customer Service teams.
- Manage 3PL and logistics partners and ensure timely deliveries.
- Track KPIs including OTIF, Fill Rate, Order TAT, Dispatch TAT and Delivery TAT.
- Manage returns, claims, shortages, damages and reconciliation.
- Prepare MIS, dashboards and SCM performance reports.
- Identify operational gaps and drive process improvement.
- Support cost optimisation initiatives across supply chain operations.
🎓 Eligibility
- 3–6 years of experience in B2B Supply Chain, Order Fulfilment or Logistics.
- Experience handling Marketplace, GT or MT operations.
- Strong understanding of Inventory, Warehouse and Logistics Operations.
- Hands-on experience with 3PL management.
- Strong MS Excel and data analysis skills.
- Working knowledge of ERP, WMS or OMS platforms.
- Strong stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.
