📄 Job Description
Subway India is hiring an experienced Executive / Sr. Executive – Field / Store HR to join its HR team, based out of Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh.
The role will cover 35+ Subway stores across Uttar Pradesh and Uttarakhand and requires strong hands-on experience in field HR / store HR operations.
The ideal candidate should have experience in QSR, Retail or Food Retail, with strong knowledge of employee engagement, manpower planning, hiring, onboarding, HR operations and grievance management.
The role also requires extensive travel across multiple locations, with approximately 7–10 days of travel per month.
🛠 Key Responsibilities
- Manage Field HR / Store HR operations across multiple Subway locations.
- Support employee engagement initiatives across stores.
- Handle manpower planning and workforce requirements.
- Support hiring and recruitment activities for store-level manpower.
- Manage employee onboarding and related HR processes.
- Handle day-to-day HR operations across assigned stores.
- Manage employee grievances and support timely resolution.
- Coordinate HR activities across 35+ Subway stores in UP & UK.
- Travel extensively across multiple locations as required by the role.
🎓 Eligibility Criteria
- Experience in QSR / Retail / Food Retail is preferred.
- Strong experience in Field HR / Store HR operations.
- Good understanding of employee engagement.
- Experience in manpower planning and hiring.
- Experience in employee onboarding and HR operations.
- Experience in grievance management.
- Comfortable with extensive travel across multiple locations.
- Willingness to travel at least 7–10 days per month.
- Male candidates are preferred.
