Flipkart is hiring for the position of Lead – Hub Operations within its Last Mile Operations function in Meerut, Uttar Pradesh.

The selected candidate will be responsible for supporting efficient hub operations and ensuring smooth execution of last-mile delivery activities.
🛠 Key Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day hub operations for the assigned location.
- Drive smooth execution of last-mile delivery operations.
- Manage and coordinate hub-level operational activities.
- Lead and support on-ground delivery and operations teams.
- Monitor shipment movement, delivery performance and operational flow.
- Ensure timely processing and dispatch of shipments from the hub.
- Track operational performance and identify gaps affecting delivery outcomes.
- Ensure adherence to defined operational SOPs and processes.
- Coordinate with relevant internal teams and delivery stakeholders.
- Handle operational issues and escalations and ensure timely resolution.
- Support manpower planning and resource deployment based on operational requirements.
- Monitor team productivity and operational efficiency.
- Identify process gaps and implement corrective actions.
- Maintain effective communication with ground teams and stakeholders.
🎓 Eligibility Criteria
- Relevant experience in Last Mile Operations is required.
- Experience in hub, delivery, logistics or e-commerce operations will be relevant.
- Strong understanding of last-mile delivery processes.
- Experience managing or coordinating ground operations teams.
- Good understanding of hub-level operational workflows.
- Strong operational execution and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume logistics environment.
- Good communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
- Ability to monitor operational performance and drive improvements.
