Shahi Exports Pvt. Ltd. is urgently hiring an experienced Logistics Executive for its operations in Bhubaneswar, Odisha.
The role is suited to professionals with experience in shipment planning, export logistics, shipment documentation and coordination with CHA Agents.
Candidates with prior experience working in an Export House or Export-oriented company will be preferred. Good computer knowledge, communication skills and strong coordination capabilities are required for this position.
🛠 Key Responsibilities
- Plan and coordinate export shipments to ensure timely movement of goods.
- Manage day-to-day shipment planning and logistics activities.
- Coordinate closely with CHA Agents for export-related processes.
- Handle shipment-related documentation and ensure accuracy of records.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external logistics partners for smooth shipment execution.
- Support export documentation and shipment processing activities.
- Track shipment status and follow up with relevant stakeholders.
- Ensure timely completion of logistics activities and documentation.
- Coordinate with customs-related service providers and CHA representatives.
- Maintain proper records of shipments and export logistics documentation.
- Resolve shipment-related operational issues and coordinate corrective actions.
- Ensure smooth communication between the company, CHA Agents and other logistics stakeholders.
- Monitor shipment schedules and escalate delays or discrepancies when required.
- Support efficient export logistics operations and timely dispatch of shipments.
🎓 Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate in BA, B.Sc. or B.Com.
- Good computer knowledge is required.
- Prior experience in shipment planning.
- Good experience coordinating with CHA Agents.
- Prior experience in an Export House or Export-oriented company is preferred.
- Knowledge of export logistics and shipment documentation.
- Strong coordination and follow-up skills.
