Relaxo Footwears is looking for an enthusiastic HR Executive – HRBP Learning & Development to join its HR Business Partner team in Delhi. The role focuses on learning initiatives, employee development and creating impactful training experiences that enhance employee capabilities and performance.
🛠 Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage employee learning and development programs.
- Support training needs identification and competency development initiatives.
- Manage and administer the Learning Management System (LMS).
- Track training participation, effectiveness and completion metrics.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify skill gaps and development opportunities.
- Organize workshops, onboarding programs and employee upskilling initiatives.
- Maintain training calendars, records and compliance documentation.
- Generate reports and insights on learning effectiveness and employee development.
🎓 Eligibility
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or a related field.
- 0–2 years of experience in HR, Learning & Development, Training Coordination or HR Operations.
- Understanding of learning processes and employee development frameworks.
- Familiarity with Learning Management System (LMS) platforms.
- Strong communication, coordination and stakeholder management skills.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools.
- Passion for employee growth, learning and organizational development.
