📄 Job Description
IIFL Home Loans is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Recruitment Specialist to join its team in Delhi / Gurgaon. The ideal candidate should have relevant experience in BFSI Recruitment with strong expertise in talent acquisition, candidate sourcing, stakeholder management and end-to-end recruitment.
🛠 Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned BFSI hiring requirements.
- Source and identify qualified candidates through relevant recruitment channels.
- Screen candidates and coordinate interviews with hiring stakeholders.
- Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for current and future requirements.
- Partner with business stakeholders to understand manpower and hiring requirements.
- Drive recruitment processes from sourcing through offer and joining.
- Ensure timely closure of open positions while maintaining hiring quality.
- Maintain recruitment records and provide regular hiring updates.
🎓 Eligibility
- 1–6 years of relevant experience in Recruitment / Talent Acquisition.
- Strong experience in BFSI recruitment is required.
- Good understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes.
- Strong candidate sourcing and screening skills.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Result-oriented approach with the ability to work toward hiring targets.
