Bengal Beverages Pvt. Ltd., an authorized bottler of The Coca-Cola Company, is looking for an agile and result-driven recruitment professional for the position of HR Executive (Offrole) – Sales Recruitment.
The role will focus on hiring Sales profiles including SSEs, Merchandisers, and Territory Leaders across West Bengal. The candidate will manage sourcing, screening, interview coordination, joining formalities, onboarding documentation, and recruitment tracking.
📋 Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle for Sales Executive hiring.
- Source candidates through job portals, field headhunting, local networks, and referral drives across West Bengal.
- Screen candidates for local geography awareness, stability, and field readiness.
- Coordinate and line up interviews with designated department HODs, including ASMs and RSMs.
- Handle joining formalities and onboarding documentation.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and hiring-related records.
- Support recruitment requirements for SSEs, Merchandisers, and Territory Leaders.
✅ Eligibility Criteria
- 6 months – 1 year of hands-on experience in any kind of Sales Profile hiring.
- Graduate / MBA in HR preferred.
- Strong interest and ability in Sales Recruitment and Talent Acquisition.
- Ability to source candidates through multiple recruitment channels.
- Good understanding of local geography and field recruitment requirements.
- Strong coordination and communication skills.
- Male candidates are strongly preferred due to active field coordination, as specified by the employer.
