We are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to join the team for the West region. The base location for this role is Mumbai.
The ideal candidate should have strong experience in HR business partnering within the fashion retail industry and be ready to take on a dynamic regional HR role.
Industry experience in Fashion Retail is mandatory.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
- Act as an HR Business Partner for the West region.
- Support regional HR business partnering requirements.
- Work closely with business and regional stakeholders.
- Apply HR business partnering practices within the fashion retail environment.
- Support people-related business requirements across the region.
- Contribute to effective HR support for the regional business.
🎓 Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum 7 years of experience.
- Strong experience in HR Business Partnering.
- Fashion Retail industry experience is mandatory.
- Candidate should be based in or willing to work from Mumbai.
- Maximum notice period: 30 days.
- Ability to take on a dynamic regional HR role.
