Flipkart is hiring an experienced Hub Incharge – Operations for its Last Mile Operations team in Mirzapur, Uttar Pradesh. The role involves managing hub operations, manpower, performance, compliance, inventory, costs, and customer escalations.
The selected candidate will be responsible for driving operational excellence, maintaining service levels, managing a large hub team, and ensuring smooth last-mile delivery operations.
🛠 Key Responsibilities
- Drive operational excellence, SOP and ZTP compliance.
- Manage SLAs, customer escalations and overall hub performance.
- Monitor KPIs, productivity, capacity and shipment performance.
- Manage manpower, hiring, training and employee attrition.
- Handle and manage manpower of 120+ employees at the hub.
- Ensure inventory and asset accuracy.
- Manage hub budgets, operational costs and vendor coordination.
- Drive compliance, reporting and team engagement.
- Identify operational issues and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure smooth and efficient last-mile hub operations.
🎓 Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in Last Mile Operations.
- Experience managing 120+ employees at a hub.
- Strong understanding of hub and last-mile operations.
- Experience in manpower management, hiring and training.
- Strong knowledge of KPIs, SLAs and operational performance.
- Ability to handle customer escalations and operational challenges.
- Experience with inventory, asset and cost management.
- Strong leadership, communication and team management skills.
