The Hub Operation (Assistant Manager) will oversee day-to-day operations at assigned Last Mile Hubs in Jodhpur, covering inbound, sorting, staging, dispatch, and delivery activities.
The role focuses on achieving TAT compliance, optimizing delivery operations, maintaining inventory and shipment accuracy, improving productivity, and coordinating with logistics partners and local stakeholders.
🛠 Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day inbound, sorting, staging, dispatch, and delivery operations at assigned Last Mile Hubs.
- Achieve 100% Turnaround Time (TAT) compliance.
- Monitor delivery executive (Wishmaster) rosters, run-sheets, and route optimization.
- Maximize first-attempt delivery rates and minimize Return to Origin (RTO) percentages.
- Ensure adherence to inventory control and shipment reconciliation processes.
- Conduct cash and digital payment collection audits at the hub level.
- Develop hub capacity throughput plans based on demand forecasts and infrastructure limitations.
- Plan for seasonal peak requirements and changing operational demand.
- Drive productivity enhancement initiatives for in-house staff and field delivery partners using Lean principles.
- Manage relationships with 3PL logistics vendors, manpower suppliers, and local authorities.
- Ensure smooth and uninterrupted hub operations.
🎓 Eligibility Criteria
- 3–6 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in Last Mile Hub Operations.
- Understanding of inbound, sorting, staging, dispatch, and delivery operations.
- Experience with delivery executive rosters and route optimization.
- Knowledge of inventory control and shipment reconciliation.
- Understanding of cash and digital payment collection audits.
- Ability to plan hub capacity and throughput based on demand.
- Experience working with logistics vendors and manpower suppliers.
- Ability to coordinate with local authorities.
