We are hiring a Lead – Warehouse for an opportunity in Pune, Maharashtra.
The role involves managing day-to-day warehouse operations, inventory accuracy, warehouse productivity, team management, process compliance, shrinkage control and operational efficiency across warehouse activities.
📋 Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day warehouse operations.
- Handle Inbound, Storage, Picking, Packing and Outbound/Dispatch activities.
- Ensure inventory accuracy, stock reconciliation and cycle counts.
- Monitor warehouse productivity and operational KPIs.
- Lead and manage warehouse team and manpower.
- Ensure SOP, safety, housekeeping and process compliance.
- Coordinate with Transport, Operations and cross-functional teams.
- Control shrinkage, damages, shortages and inventory discrepancies.
- Prepare MIS and reports using MS Excel.
- Drive process improvement and operational efficiency.
✅ Eligibility Criteria
- 4–8 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in FMCG, E-commerce, Retail or Logistics is relevant to the role.
- Experience managing day-to-day warehouse operations.
- Experience with Inbound, Storage, Picking, Packing and Outbound/Dispatch.
- Experience in inventory management, stock reconciliation and cycle counts.
- Experience handling warehouse teams and manpower.
- Knowledge of SOP, safety, housekeeping and process compliance.
- Experience with warehouse productivity and operational KPIs.
