magicpin is hiring a Merchant Success Executive for Delhi NCR. The role is focused on meeting business owners, building merchant relationships and driving digital adoption on the magicpin platform.
The position involves merchant activation and engagement, digital transaction and payment adoption, product education, relationship management and achieving engagement and transaction targets.
🛠 Key Responsibilities
- Activate and engage merchants on the magicpin platform.
- Drive digital transactions and payment adoption.
- Educate merchants on magicpin's products and solutions.
- Build strong merchant relationships and deliver a great merchant experience.
- Achieve engagement and transaction targets.
- Support merchant success and digital adoption initiatives.
🎓 Eligibility Criteria
- Experience requirement: Not Specified.
- Qualification requirement: Not Specified.
- Experience in FinTech, Digital Payments, Merchant Acquisition, Field Sales, Customer Success or Hyperlocal Commerce is preferred.
- Experience with merchant-facing roles and digital adoption is relevant.
- Candidates with experience from organizations such as Paytm, PhonePe, BharatPe, Pine Labs, Razorpay, PayU, Zomato, Swiggy, Blinkit, Zepto, Dunzo and similar companies are highly preferred.
