Aurigans India Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Project Manager to manage retail and F&B outlet development and fit-out projects.
The role requires strong knowledge of construction, interior work, materials, costing, space utilization and site execution, along with the ability to manage contractors, vendors, timelines and project handovers.
📋 Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end project planning and execution.
- Handle construction and interior work activities.
- Manage civil, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry and finishes.
- Assess materials and maintain quality standards.
- Manage BOQ, costing, budgeting and cost control.
- Handle space planning, measurements and layout requirements.
- Manage contractors and vendors.
- Supervise sites and ensure quality control.
- Manage project timelines and execution.
- Handle billing, measurements and final project handover.
- Coordinate with design, procurement and operations teams.
✅ Eligibility Criteria
- 8–10 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in construction, interior fit-outs, retail, F&B, commercial or hospitality projects.
- Strong understanding of construction and interior work.
- Strong knowledge of materials, costing, space utilization and site execution.
- Experience managing contractors and vendors.
- Experience with project planning, execution and timelines.
- Open to travel to work locations.
