📄 Job Description
Flipkart is looking for an experienced Recruiter – Grade 10 to lead and manage the hiring team and drive Blue-Collar, White-Collar and Hyperlocal recruitment.
The role involves managing recruitment operations, driving hiring targets, developing effective sourcing channels, monitoring recruitment metrics and partnering with business and operations teams to ensure timely and quality manpower closures.
🛠 Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the recruitment / hiring team.
- Handle end-to-end Blue-Collar, White-Collar and Hyperlocal hiring.
- Set and monitor team hiring targets and ensure timely closures.
- Develop effective sourcing channels and maintain strong candidate pipelines.
- Track recruitment KPIs, MIS, productivity and joining ratios.
- Coordinate with business and operations teams on manpower requirements.
- Manage recruitment vendors and sourcing partners.
- Improve hiring quality, productivity and recruitment TAT.
🎓 Eligibility
- MBA is mandatory.
- 8+ years of relevant recruitment / talent acquisition experience.
- Strong experience in Blue-Collar and White-Collar hiring.
- Experience in Hyperlocal / Volume hiring is preferred.
- Proven experience managing a recruitment / hiring team.
- Strong leadership and stakeholder-management skills.
- Target-oriented approach with good knowledge of recruitment metrics.
