Satin Creditcare Network Limited (SCNL) is looking to hire Regional HR professionals at the Senior Executive / Assistant Manager level for its locations in Dumka, Jharkhand and Raipur, Chhattisgarh.
The ideal candidate should have relevant HR experience, particularly in bulk hiring, within the MFI / NBFC sector. The role will support regional HR activities and high-volume recruitment requirements.
🛠 Key Responsibilities
- Manage regional HR activities for the assigned location and business requirements.
- Drive and coordinate bulk hiring for MFI / NBFC operations.
- Handle end-to-end recruitment activities from sourcing to joining.
- Develop and maintain candidate pipelines for regional manpower requirements.
- Coordinate with business and operations teams to understand hiring requirements.
- Track recruitment progress and ensure timely closure of open positions.
- Support employee and HR-related activities at the regional level.
- Ensure effective coordination with candidates, hiring teams and other stakeholders.
🎓 Eligibility
- Graduate or MBA.
- Minimum 1–3 years of relevant HR experience.
- Experience in HR, particularly bulk hiring, is mandatory.
- Experience in the MFI / NBFC sector is required.
- Strong understanding of recruitment and candidate sourcing.
- Good communication and stakeholder-management skills.
- Immediate or short-notice joiners will be preferred.
