RSPL Group is looking for an experienced Regional HRBP to join its team in Bhopal. The role will primarily focus on Talent Acquisition, with additional responsibility for HR Operations and a strong emphasis on bulk and high-volume hiring.

- Lead and support regional Talent Acquisition activities.
- Manage bulk recruitment and high-volume hiring requirements.
- Handle HR Operations activities as part of the regional HR function.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to understand and fulfill manpower requirements.
- Manage recruitment processes efficiently across the assigned region.
- Build and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders.
- Support HR-related requirements and operational activities.
- Use strong communication and negotiation skills while managing hiring and stakeholder interactions.

- Minimum 5 years of relevant domain experience.
- Proven experience in bulk recruitment / high-volume hiring.
- Strong expertise in Talent Acquisition.
- Experience handling HR Operations responsibilities.
