Barbeque Nation is looking for an experienced Restaurant Operations professional to join its Mumbai team as RGM / Business Manager.
The role requires strong experience in Restaurant / F&B Operations, along with hands-on exposure to P&L and business management, team handling, floor management and guest experience.
Experience in Restaurant/QSR/F&B chains is mandatory. Candidates with experience handling high-volume restaurants are preferred.
📋 Key Responsibilities
- Manage Restaurant / F&B Operations.
- Handle P&L and business management activities.
- Manage and lead restaurant teams.
- Handle floor operations and ensure smooth restaurant functioning.
- Maintain strong guest experience and service excellence.
- Manage operations in a high-volume restaurant environment.
- Drive effective business and operational performance.
✅ Eligibility Criteria
- Experience: 7–8 years.
- Industry Experience: Restaurant/QSR/F&B chain experience is mandatory.
- Strong experience in Restaurant / F&B Operations.
- Hands-on exposure to P&L and business management.
- Strong team handling and floor management skills.
- Strong guest experience and service excellence mindset.
- Experience handling high-volume restaurants is preferred.
