Skillkart is hiring a Senior Executive – Operations for its team in Ahmedabad. The role involves managing day-to-day warehouse and store operations while ensuring inventory accuracy, productivity, service levels and process compliance.
Candidates with experience in Warehouse Operations, Dark Store, FMCG, Quick Commerce, E-commerce or Retail Operations are preferred.
🛠 Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day warehouse and store operations.
- Handle inbound and outbound activities.
- Monitor inventory, stock accuracy and reconciliation.
- Manage team productivity and daily operational targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Ensure SOP, safety and process compliance.
- Prepare daily operational reports and MIS.
- Identify and resolve operational issues.
- Maintain required service levels and operational efficiency.
🎓 Eligibility
- 1–3 years of relevant operations experience.
- Experience in warehouse, store or operations management preferred.
- Experience in FMCG, E-commerce, Quick Commerce, Warehouse or Retail Operations is preferred.
- Experience with inbound and outbound operations is an advantage.
- Understanding of inventory management and stock reconciliation.
- Ability to manage team productivity and daily targets.
- Good coordination and problem-solving skills.
