π Job Description
Genius HRTech Ltd is looking for an experienced Statutory Compliance professional with strong hands-on exposure in Indian payroll and government liaisoning.
The role will be responsible for payroll statutory compliance, statutory returns, inspections and audits, payroll MIS, labour law compliance, and employee relations-related activities.
π Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for payroll compliance including PF, ESIC, P.Tax, MLWF remittance and yearly/half-yearly returns.
- File statutory returns and maintain relevant records.
- Handle statutory inspections, audits and notices.
- Prepare payroll MIS reports and coordinate with HR and Finance.
- Handle disciplinary actions and draft relevant letters.
- Manage CLRA, Shops and Establishment and company registration-related activities.
- Handle IR-related work including issuing warning letters, show-cause notices, charge sheets and addressing employee grievances.
- Ensure statutory compliance under Contract Labour and Shops & Establishment Acts and maintain statutory registers under applicable labour laws.
π Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Statutory Compliance.
- Must be a Graduate.
- Strong knowledge of Indian labour laws.
- Strong hands-on exposure in Indian payroll and statutory compliance.
- Ability to independently handle government authorities.
- Ability to manage statutory records, returns, inspections and audits.
