Genius HRTech Ltd is looking for an experienced Statutory Compliance professional with strong hands-on exposure in Indian payroll and government liaisoning.

The role will be responsible for payroll statutory compliance, statutory returns, inspections and audits, payroll MIS, labour law compliance, and employee relations-related activities.

πŸ›  Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for payroll compliance including PF, ESIC, P.Tax, MLWF remittance and yearly/half-yearly returns.
  • File statutory returns and maintain relevant records.
  • Handle statutory inspections, audits and notices.
  • Prepare payroll MIS reports and coordinate with HR and Finance.
  • Handle disciplinary actions and draft relevant letters.
  • Manage CLRA, Shops and Establishment and company registration-related activities.
  • Handle IR-related work including issuing warning letters, show-cause notices, charge sheets and addressing employee grievances.
  • Ensure statutory compliance under Contract Labour and Shops & Establishment Acts and maintain statutory registers under applicable labour laws.

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in Statutory Compliance.
  • Must be a Graduate.
