We are hiring an experienced Senior Supply / Operations Manager for a role based in Bangalore. The position is focused on managing and optimizing delivery-partner supply to support business fulfilment and operational performance.
The ideal candidate should have 5+ years of experience in supply management or supply operations, where supply refers to the delivery-partner workforce. The candidate should have hands-on experience in supply forecasting, fulfilment analysis, and monitoring the overall health of operational metrics.
Prior experience of working in Bangalore is required, along with strong working knowledge of Google Sheets.

- Manage end-to-end supply operations with a focus on delivery-partner availability.
- Forecast delivery-partner supply requirements based on business demand and operational needs.
- Analyse supply health and identify gaps between required and available delivery-partner capacity.
