📋 Key Responsibilities
- Manage and monitor plant operations during the assigned shift.
- Ensure smooth and efficient functioning of machinery and equipment.
- Handle breakdowns, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance activities.
- Coordinate with Production and other departments for smooth operations.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and maintenance standards.
- Maintain shift reports, records, and maintenance documentation.
🎓 Eligibility Criteria
- Qualification: Diploma / B.Tech.
- Experience: 5–7 years.
- Experience relevant to plant operations, production, machinery, or maintenance activities.
- Ability to manage and monitor plant operations during assigned shifts.
- Ability to handle breakdowns and troubleshooting activities.
- Ability to coordinate with Production and other departments.
- Understanding of safety, quality, and maintenance standards.
