Blinkit is expanding its Fulfillment Centre Operations team across India and is looking to connect with experienced Site Leaders who can build strong teams, solve operational challenges, and take complete ownership of site performance.
The Site Lead will be responsible for the overall performance of a Fulfillment Centre, including Inbound, Outbound, Inventory, productivity, quality, SLA, cost, and people management.
This is a hands-on leadership opportunity for professionals who are comfortable managing large on-ground teams and high-volume operations and who can use data, KPIs, and operational insights to continuously improve FC performance.
The role requires strong ownership, execution focus, problem-solving ability, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
🛠 Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end Inbound, Outbound, and Inventory Operations at the Fulfillment Centre.
- Take complete ownership of FC performance across productivity, quality, SLA, inventory, and cost.
- Manage large on-ground operations teams and ensure effective manpower deployment.
- Build, coach, mentor, and lead high-performing operational teams.
- Monitor daily operational KPIs and identify performance gaps.
- Drive productivity improvement across FC processes.
- Ensure adherence to defined operational quality and SLA standards.
- Monitor inventory accuracy, availability, and process compliance.
- Identify operational bottlenecks and implement process-improvement initiatives.
- Use data, Excel, and performance metrics to support operational decision-making.

- Strong professional experience in Fulfillment Centre, Warehouse, Supply Chain, or Logistics Operations.
- Experience managing large teams and high-volume operations.
- Strong understanding of Inbound, Outbound, and Inventory processes.
- Experience managing operational KPIs such as productivity, quality, SLA, inventory, and cost.
- Strong data-driven approach and comfort working with Excel.
- Excellent people-management and team-leadership skills.
