Hyperpure by Zomato is hiring Sourcing Associates & Senior Sourcing Associates – F&V for its teams in Hyderabad and Bangalore.
This is an on-ground sourcing role with end-to-end ownership of Fruits & Vegetables sourcing. The role focuses on ensuring consistent product availability, quality, competitive pricing, and strong fill rates.
The selected candidates will work closely with vendors, mandis, and farmers to source the right quality at the right price and at the right time while managing real-time supply challenges.
🛠 Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end Fruits & Vegetables sourcing and build strong vendor relationships.
- Ensure high product availability, quality, and competitive pricing.
- Plan buying based on demand and minimize wastage.
- Work closely with vendors, mandis, and farmers.
- Monitor market prices and identify sourcing opportunities.
- Manage on-ground operations and solve real-time supply challenges.
- Drive improved fill rates and product availability.
- Ensure the right quality is sourced at the right price and at the right time.
🎓 Eligibility
- 2–3 years of relevant professional experience.
- Strong understanding of Fruits & Vegetables sourcing and markets.
- Experience working with vendors, mandis, farmers, or similar supply ecosystems.
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
- Strong analytical and execution skills.
- Ability to take ownership of on-ground operations.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, on-ground environment.
