📄 Job Description
We are hiring a Store Executive / Store Incharge for a FMCG Snacks Manufacturing operation in Ranihati. The role involves managing factory store operations, inventory, material inward and outward processes, stock rotation, and coordination with Procurement, Production, and Dispatch teams.
🛠 Key Responsibilities
- Manage overall factory store operations, including inward and outward material processing.
- Handle GRN entries and maintain accurate material records.
- Manage Raw Materials including grains, pulses, spices, and oils.
- Manage Packaging Materials including laminated pouches and corrugated boxes.
- Maintain strict FEFO / FIFO stock rotation to ensure freshness and minimize wastage.
- Conduct regular physical stock verification.
- Maintain accurate inventory and stock records in software.
- Track batches and monitor shelf-life of materials.
- Coordinate closely with Procurement, Production, and Dispatch teams.
- Support stock audits and ensure proper inventory management processes.
🎓 Eligibility Criteria
- 2 to 6 years of relevant experience.
- Prior experience in FMCG, Food Processing, or Bakery/Dairy units.
- Experience in factory store or inventory operations is preferred.
- Proficiency in Tally Prime / ERP software.
- Working knowledge of MS Excel, including VLOOKUP and basic reporting.
- Strong understanding of batch tracking and shelf-life management.
- Knowledge of stock verification and stock audit processes.
