- Manage day-to-day rider operations for BigBasket.
- Support rider hiring and recruitment activities.
- Manage and coordinate with delivery riders.
- Ensure smooth execution of last-mile delivery operations.
- Coordinate rider deployment and operational requirements.
- Support hyperlocal delivery operations and team coordination.
- Monitor rider-related activities and resolve routine operational issues.
- Coordinate with relevant teams to meet delivery requirements.
- Support operational targets and ensure efficient rider management.
- Perform other responsibilities assigned as part of the Team Leader role.
🎓 Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
- Prior experience in rider hiring and rider management is mandatory.
- Experience in last-mile delivery or hyperlocal operations is preferred.
- E-commerce or Quick Commerce experience will be an added advantage.
- Good team management and coordination skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced delivery operations environment.
