The role requires a recruitment professional with 5+ years of experience and strong hands-on exposure to US Healthcare Recruitment and Bulk / Volume Hiring.
Candidates should have prior experience as a Team Lead handling volume hiring, along with strong team-handling, recruitment management and stakeholder management skills.
Local candidates from Ahmedabad only are eligible for this opportunity.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
- Lead Talent Acquisition activities for US Healthcare Recruitment.
- Manage bulk and volume hiring requirements.
- Lead and manage recruitment teams handling high-volume hiring.
- Drive recruitment processes to meet hiring requirements.
- Monitor recruitment performance and hiring progress.
- Coordinate with stakeholders on recruitment requirements and priorities.
- Support recruitment management and team performance.
- Ensure effective communication across recruitment stakeholders.
🎓 Eligibility Criteria
- 5+ years of relevant experience.
- US Healthcare Recruitment experience is mandatory.
- Hands-on experience in Bulk / Volume Hiring.
- Prior experience as a Team Lead handling volume hiring.
- Strong team-handling and recruitment management skills.
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Local Ahmedabad candidates only.
