Amazon is seeking a Team Lead, Outbound to support fulfillment center operations and help ensure customer orders are processed accurately and dispatched on time.
The role focuses on shift management, associate allocation and performance, productivity, quality, safety, SOP compliance, and coordination with Area Managers and other operational stakeholders.
🛠 Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily shift operations and administrative activities for associates.
- Allocate tasks and monitor productivity, quality, and safety performance.
- Track operational metrics and identify bottlenecks requiring corrective action.
- Ensure adherence to standard operating procedures and safety standards.
- Coordinate with Area Managers and other stakeholders to achieve operational targets.
- Resolve on-floor operational issues and support timely order processing and dispatch.
- Coach and mentor associates to improve performance and customer outcomes.
🎓 Eligibility Criteria
- 3+ years of experience in customer-facing, warehousing, logistics, or manufacturing operations.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Experience working with Microsoft Office applications and operational data.
- Strong communication, people-management, and problem-solving skills.
